Can you supply me with artwork for my printing?
Yes, we can export our designed logos to common file formats that you can use for printing of stationary, etc. Better still we can do your printing for you at cost.
Do we get to see a proof of the design before going ahead?
WrapCraft Hobart only does business this way as we require our customers to proof the design for each project large or small. Our design team uses specialized sign making software systems and with the help of digital photography in most cases, we can superimpose your finished sign solution over a photograph of your premises or vehicle to give you an accurate representation of what the finished product will look like and benefit your business.

Is your work guaranteed?
Wrap Craft Hobart guarantee all permanent signage installations for 12 months against faulty workmanship and defects. Will repair any such item/ defects within this timeframe. Installation of one-way vision film is not deemed as permanent signage and is not guaranteed (request vision disclaimer for more information). Wrap Craft Hobart uses quality materials to produce its signage, as such properly maintained signage should last many years if cared for. Electrical lighting tubes/ lamps are regarded as consumables and are not covered.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
WrapCraft Hobart uses PC format. Preferred cut ready formats include Illustrator.ai, Corel.cdr, and eps. For printing we can accept: Photoshop.psd : Acrobat.pdf : jpg : tif : bmp. Please note that we cannot guarantee your file will successfully import. In some cases where file formats cannot be used WrapCraft Hobart can recreate your logo for a small design fee.
